Barkhamsted Housing Trust

Barkhamsted Housing Trust (BHT) works to ensure our community members, regardless of economic status, have access to high-quality, affordable housing. We are a group of volunteers who care deeply about the Town of Barkhamsted and its residents.

BHT recently broke ground on Mallory View, our first housing development! This development includes 20 affordable rental homes conveniently located near the high school and shopping center. There is a lot of work to do between groundbreaking day and welcoming residents into their new homes and we need your support to help us get there!

Your donation will allow us to expand our outreach efforts and support the essential activities that allow a non-profit like ours to “keep the lights on”.  With your contribution, BHT can continue to create the housing options that Barkhamsted needs.
